How and when do I pay?

We do require payment at the time the reservation is made. For some parking lots, you may prepay only a portion of the total at the time you submit the reservation; any remaining balance is then paid directly at the parking lot. Other parking lots require payment in full when you submit the reservation through our website. This information will be displayed on the checkout page and on your reservation receipt.
To make your trip as smooth as possible, there are a few important details to remember:
- You must show your reservation receipt to the lot's cashier to receive credit for your online payment. Failure to do so will not result in a refund, and you may be charged a higher rate. The balance is typically due upon return, but some locations will collect the balance on arrival. Also, some lots may have more specific procedures for checking out; please refer to your reservation receipt for more information.
- If a schedule change results in your being parked longer than indicated on your reservation, you will be charged the difference by the lot upon departure.
- There may be a service fee. This enables us to bring you the convenience of online comparison shopping and customer support. Please review the payment information on the checkout page.
- Most of our parking partners accept cash and major credit cards. To avoid any inconvenience, please read the information provided about each parking lot before reserving.
