The reservation itself cannot be changed once it has been submitted, but there are a few factors that determine whether a change in your plans requires any additional action.
If you made a reservation at a parking lot that required full payment in advance and have a schedule change, please use the Contact Us page to get in touch with Customer Service. Depending on the specific details, we may ask you to cancel and rebook your reservation. Please note that refunds are not issued for early returns.
If you made a reservation at a parking lot that only required a Deposit to secure your reservation, please review the following scenarios:
- If your arrival time has changed, your reservation is still valid. Please take the original reservation receipt with you and advise the lot attendant/cashier of the change. The balance due will be calculated based on your actual parking time.
- If your arrival date has changed, please cancel the reservation and make a new one. Refund/credit will be applied per the cancellation policy above.
- If your return time or date has changed, you can still use the reservation. Please take the original reservation receipt with you and advise the lot attendant/cashier of the change. The balance due will be calculated based on your actual parking time.
- If your vehicle is already parked and you need to extend your parking stay, please follow this link: https://parkingnearairports.io/extend. This will allow you to easily adjust your booking.
PLEASE NOTE: Non-refundable reservations cannot be modified and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
