After clicking "Complete Reservation," please be patient; it may take a moment for your transaction to be processed. Once complete, your Reservation Receipt will be displayed, and a copy sent to the email address provided during checkout. Your receipt contains all the information you'll need to park, including:
- Departure airport
- Parking lot name, address, phone number, and directions
- Scheduled arrival and return dates and times
- Parking rate and estimated total price, including service Fee
- Parking Lot-specific arrival and transportation details
You must present a copy of the Reservation Receipt to the parking lot to verify your reservation. Without a receipt, you will not receive credit for your online payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund charges incurred as a result of not showing a copy of the Reservation Receipt at the time of arrival.
If the parking lot requires a printed copy of the Reservation Receipt, and you are unable to print, we can send it to you via fax. To arrange this, please use theĀ Contact Us page to reach Customer Service.
PLEASE NOTE: Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
